What?
CI/CD deployment pipeline and a fleet-monitoring infrastructure for Jupiter, the PLC application running Vulcan large-scale 3D concrete printers.
How?
Developed a C# TwinCAT COM orchestrator to build and activate PLC configurations via GitHub Actions. Built the Jupiter Dashboard, an ASP.NET Core web application, to monitor fleet network telemetry over Tailscale (SSH and Peplink InControl2). Created a Claude Code integrated downtime analytics skill fetching data from Foundry and Slack.
Results
Streamlined the deployment process for the Vulcan printer fleet with comprehensive observability, preventing rogue deployments, and providing instant downtime insights.
